Employee Assistance Program
Employees and eligible family members may seek counseling for problems such as personal stress, marital, family/child issues, alcohol and other drug abuse, emotional difficulties, or financial/legal matters. Counselors are accessible statewide to assist employees and eligible dependents. Magellan is the vendor contracted to provide these counseling services. EAP counselors provide short-term counseling (up to six sessions) at no cost. If further assistance is needed, an employee will be referred to other resources in the community.
