Student Housing Rates
- 4 MONTH SEMESTER $1720.00
- 5 MONTH SEMESTER $2150.00
- 6 MONTH SEMESTER $2580.00
- SHORT TERM ROOM RATE $25.00/DAY
**RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
Semester rates are for University of Tennessee Health Science Center students who pay rent a semester in advance. Rent will be added to student fee sheets and paid during each semester. Short term rates apply to all other residents. SHORT TERM RATES - $25.00/DAY. Bed linens and towels will be provided upon request for $1.50/day or students may supply their own.
Housing contracts are issued for the year beginning July 1, August 1 or September 1, through June 30 of the following year. Residents may be granted release from the contract by submitting a written request 30 days prior to the end of any semester to Student Housing. Release is subject to approval according to terms as set forth in the contract:
- END OF SEMESTER
- GRADUATION
- MARRIAGE DURING SEMESTER
- WITHDRAWAL OR SUSPENSION FROM THE UNIVERSITY
- REQUIRED ASSIGNMENT TO AN OUT OF MEMPHIS PROGRAM (ROTATION) DURING THE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT.
