Office of Special Events

The Office of Special Events coordinates events for The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. One of the goals of the office is to assist the university in building donor and community relationship by developing, producing, managing and creating the appropriate atmosphere to execute quality events. Some of the events coordinated within the department are ground-breakings, building and room dedications, scholarship lunches, donor lunches, receptions, dinners and administration farewells.

Special Events also manages the master calendar of events on the UTHSC web page as well as coordinates campus request for UTHSC Campus Police Department to render service.
