Resetting IMAP Folders

After configuring your Spam Filters you will be required to monitor the Spam where mail is being forwarded. Otherwise you can go over your quota limit.

Step 1
Open Outlook 2000 then from your Folder List right click your email account

Step 2
Click Download Folder List from the menu resetting the folder list.

Step 3
Folder List Download is completed close the window

View Message Header

To evaluate the X-Spam-Level of a select messages based on a spam score (the likelihood of a message being spam) you will to locate the header information sent with each message.

Step 1
From an open message Click View.

Step 2
Select Options and click.

Step 3
In the Internet Headers section use the scroll bar to view X-Spam Status & X-Spam-Level.
