iMedRIS is a web-based suite of applications designed to help create, manage and process research protocols. Researchers will now submit their projects electronically to the IRB office for review. For each project, forms can be completed and attached, accepted, and forwarded to the IRB for evaluation. IRB reviewers can view all project documents on-line (including previous submissions for that project), record reviewers' comments, make recommendations, and correspond with study staff electronically.
