Purchasing Services is a unit of the UT Health Science Center Office
of Finance and Operations.. The mission of Purchasing Services is to
serve as a value-added resource to the campus community by providing
quality acquisition and related services.
Purchasing Services establishes term contracts, makes purchase
commitments on behalf of University departments, administers the
surplus property disposal program, and provides training and assistance
to University personnel in the purchasing functions of the University’s
on-line financial system (SAP R/3).
