Getting Started in IRIS

University personnel must receive authorization to log into or use the IRIS system. It is a violation of University policy to login using another individual’s ID and password. The following word template forms should be used when requesting an ID and password for the IRIS system.

If you have difficulty attaching documents in e-mail, you may instead type the information directly into an e-mail -- all of the information requested in the form needs to be addressed in the e-mail.

Please complete the form, save it, and attach it in an email message to Marion Cox at mcox@utmem.edu.

Prior to being given authorization to use the purchasing functions in IRIS, you will need to attend the Overview class and the Purchasing & Asset Management class. The Overview class is a pre-requisite for all other classes. To register for these classes, send an email to Marion Grinston at mgrinston@utmem.edu or call her by phone at 448-5523.
