Computer Acquisition Page - Special Requirements
Please read these instructions thoroughly before beginning your order
After clicking on the appropriate company, follow the instructions on the ordering process. Although for All Univerisity of Tennessee Health Science Center purchases, please note the following corrections:
- If you have special computing requirements fill out the UTHSC computer order form and attach your quote.
- You do no have to fax your orders to Knoxville.
- After selecting your product, fill out the UTHSC order form instead of the Knoxville form.
Note: Departments that require computer equipment not available under these contracts or the standard configurations must submit a standard purchase requisition with a justification to Purchasing Services.
Additional information needed to complete the order form is contained in the UTHSC Contract Information Page.
Remember: The order form must be signed by the department head or another person who is authorized to obligate the account.
