Instructions:
The link below allows you to check your IRIS information that appears in the alphabetical listing section of the annual printed University telephone directory and the online people search program on the main UTHSC web site.
As was the case last year, there will be some small changes in the proccess of checking and correcting data for these listings.
This year, individual staff can check their directory entry online to see if they find errors.
This can be done by clicking the link below.
If/when errors are found, they can be corrected by using the UT Directory Check below or the usual method of sending a Personnel Information Form (PIF) or Presonnel Data From (PDF) to payroll.
The UT Directory Check uses data derived from SAP/IRIS. If any personnel information is incorrect, click "Request Changes" next to the search result, then complete the form. When the form is completed an e-mail will be sent to Payroll detailing the requested changes.
