The Living Room

The living room is always a popular place for students to unwind with four large couches, a 61 inch television, and a surround sound system.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen is fully equipped with industrial appliances and dedicated pantry and refrigerator space for each student resident. Bi-weekly house dinners serving sometimes over 150 students are prepared in this kitchen by volunteer students.
The Library

Located next to the living room, our library is home to many of the original antique furnishings from the original Baldaur House. We have a collection of current and historical medical texts, including board review matierals and a varity of reference books that have been donated over the years.
Bottom Floor - the bottom floor holds the gym, bar room, gameroom, and party room
Gym

Located on the ground floor next to the rear terrace, our recently renovated gym includes a treadmill, universal weight bench, free-weights, and a sound system.
The Bar

Located on the ground floor next to the rear terrace, the bar is one of the most recent renovation projects in the house. All of the woodworking and carpentry were completely done by Phi Chi students, and it is still a work in progress with major additions coming soon. It will undoubtedly become one of the central gathering areas for students in the house.

Our game room is located on the ground floor on the North side of the house. With two pool tables, a ping pong table, a foosball machine, and a television area, the game room is another popular place for students to unwind.
