Alexandra Barnette serves on the National StuNet Advisory Committee, which is a standing committee composed of members appointed each year by the ACCP President. Last year, ACCP President-Elect, Dr. John Murphy, appointed her to a two-year position.

Josh Ogle, fourth year student pharmacist at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy (UTCOP), was elected as the 2009-2010 American Pharmacist Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) National Member-at-large during the association’s annual meeting held this year in San Antonio, TX. One of five national officers that represent over 30,000 student pharmacists across the nation, his responsibilities include chairing the APhA-ASP Education Standing Committee, staffing at all APhA and APhA-ASP meetings, visiting student pharmacists at several schools and colleges of pharmacy on APhA-ASP outreach visits and serving as the student pharmacists liaison to the APhA Foundation.

Jenna Faircloth (left), a third year student pharmacist, was elected as the 2009-2010 Southcentral Regional Correspondent for the Phi Delta Chi Professional Fraternity. As Regional Correspondent, Jenna will serve as a liaison between the thirteen regional chapters and the national fraternity office. Jenna will also assist the Alpha Epsilon chapter of the University of Mississippi in hosting the Regional Conference in the spring.
