Fellowship
The Pediatric Critical Care Program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center was one of the first such programs in the country. Based at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis, TN, the program offers a unique opportunity to learn about the care of all varieties of critically ill children. With over 1,400 admissions per year and active participation in their care, fellows become well trained in providing state-of-the-art care. Twice a week sessions for didactic lectures, journal club, and lectures by fellows round out your training.
Memphis is well known for it's music and barbecue. But there are many other opportunities... watch the Memphis Grizzlies, our new NBA team, in their newly built arena; catch a game with the Memphis Redbirds, a AAA baseball team, in what has been described as the best AAA stadium in the country; and Beale Street... with nonstop music.
So if you are considering a fellowship program in Pediatric Critical Care, consider us!
