Born in Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Yim was raised on good ol’ Midwestern values…that and Chinese traditions, Chinese holidays, and Chinese food. So never mind the
Midwestern part. Eric graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Chemical Engineering and proceeded to follow half of his fellow classmates in
avoiding the field of chemical engineering altogether. Instead he went on to pursue medicine at KU. In his free time, Eric enjoys traveling, nightlife,
running, weight lifting, racquetball, and playing the violin and harmonica. Eric is very much looking forward to watching KU basketball while eating Memphis
BBQ! Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
