HistopathologyA 76-year-old white male with slow-growing, indurated, flesh-colored, and slightly depressed plaque on the left cheek.
Diagnosis
Desmoplastic melanoma
Comment: Immunohistochemical staining showed that neoplastic cells were positive for S-100 and negative for Keratin.
