(Applies to Surgical Specimens and Autopsies)

Report the incidence to the appropriate authorities

Report to Barry Handy or his assistant on the day of or, if not able to meet with him the day of the incident, then by the next business day. He will be following up labwork on the patient and your labwork. He may possibly follow up on any necessary treatment, which may have been initiated by the respective clinic or ER at the respective institution that you went to initially.
