Aikido Demonstration

Did you know Aikido originated in Asia?  Robert Kores, PhD, Associate Professor of Psychiatry, will lead a lecture and demonstration on Aikido. Dr. Kores is currently chief instructor of the Aikido Society of Memphis, and Kores Sensei has practiced Aikido for over a decade and holds a Shodan ranking. Employees in attendance will receive 1.0 hours in the Cultural Wellness Series upon signing the class attendance roster.  Come prepared to pay attention!
