Mona Wicks, PhD, RN, is Associate Dean for Research of the College of Nursing. Dr. Wicks' focus is on furthering the college's research-based efforts, and on creating an environment that fosters faculty and graduate student research and publication. Dr. Wicks assists faculty and doctoral students with grant and manuscript development; reviews grants and publications prior to submission; coordinates referrals for statistical support and internal and external reviews; and provides guidance in the research and grant development process and direction for sources of funding and communication with funding agencies. Dr. Wicks represents the College of Nursing on committees focused on developing research agendas.

Gail Spake, MA, monitors funding sources; assists with grant development; offers editorial support for grants, manuscripts, and other documents; assists with literature searches; develops EndNote training and helps create EndNote libraries for publications; electronic submission of grants and manuscripts; management of resources and archives; tracks publications and grants; and maintains the ORGS website.

Connie Burgess, Administrative Assistant, completes grant forms, collects support letters and biosketches, formats text on forms, inserts references in EndNote, routes grants on campus, makes copies, and orders articles through the library.
