Research Programs

The goal of the HELP Center is to provide avenues by which interventions can be designed for culturally diverse populations and tested in a transdiciplinary environment. Thus, the mission of the HELP Center is to: Develop and evaluate culturally sensitive transdisciplinary health care inerventions that enhance health, function, and quality of life in persons with chronic conditions and their families across the lifespan.

The goal of our Health Education and Lifestyle Promotion Clinic is to provide opportunities for research to identify and provide programs to enhance the health of Tennesseans and to assist transdisciplinary teams in meeting the challenges of developing research and practice protocols.
