Members of the oral health industry who wish to contribute to the profession of dentistry through enhancement of the mission of the MidSouth Dental Congress are encouraged to participate as a Corporate Sponsor in the MidSouth Dental Congress. Contributions by Corporate Sponsors may be in the form of a grant made payable to the MidSouth Dental Congress or through valued goods and/or services approved by the MidSouth Dental Congress Planning Committee.

Recognition of Corporate Sponsors for grants or valued goods and/or services will be provided at five levels. These levels are:

PLATINUM $10,000 or above

GOLD $7,500 to $9,999

SILVER $5,000 to $7,499

TITANIUM $2,500 to $4,999

BRONZE $1,000 to $2,499

Corporate Sponsors at all five levels will be identified in the official program of the MidSouth Dental Congress, at the opening session of the MidSouth Dental Congress, by signs at appropriate locations in the MidSouth Dental Congress and on signs identifying sponsored speakers, educational programs or social functions. In addition Corporate Sponsors of an educational program or social function will be appropriately recognized at the beginning of such program or function.

Sponsorship at the level of $2500 and above will include one complimentary exhibit booth.

Corporate Sponsorship of individual speakers may be arranged with approval of the MidSouth Dental Congress Planning Committee. To be identified as a Corporate Sponsor of an educational program or individual speaker, all expenses for the program and/or speaker must be provided by the Corporate Sponsor or a minimum grant in the amount of $1,000 be provided to the MidSouth Dental Congress.

Corporate Sponsorship of social functions such as Welcome Parties, Receptions, Lunches, Breaks or other such events may be arranged with approval of the MidSouth Dental Congress Planning Committee.

General Corporate Sponsors as well as sponsors of educational programs or social functions will execute a letter of agreement with the MidSouth Dental Congress.

The MidSouth Dental Congress retains all rights and responsibilities for control of content and selection of speakers and/or moderators of educational programs as well as for the content, type and sequencing of all social functions during the MidSouth Dental Congress.
