The department consists of over 100 faculty and 160 residents and fellows. We have access to extraordinary patient populations in multiple locations. We utilize the resources provided by the Regional Medical Center at Memphis, a classic public hospital; the Veteran's Administration Medical center at Memphis, which is the newest VA Hospital in America with state-of-the-art diagnostic and information systems; Methodist University Hospital and Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis, two not-for-profit community hospitals with both full-time and volunteer faculty contributing to a high quality educational experience.
