Communication Certification
The Communication Certification is planned for those staff members who are interested in communication skills training. This program will consist of 32 hours of training required to reach certification.
Changes have recently been made to the Communication curriculum in order to eliminate overlap among our certification programs. If you have taken the prerequisite, "Introduction to Communication," by December 31, 2008, you may choose to follow either the new curriculum or the former curriculum.
New Communication Curriculum
You must follow this curriculum if you have not taken the prerequisite, "Introduction to Communication," by December 31, 2008.
Former Communication Curriculum
If you have taken the prerequisite, "Introduction to Communication," prior to December 31, 2008, you may continue to follow this curriculum if you choose.
