Educational AssistanceCourses are paid for the employees at the beginning of the term, this is not a tuition reimbursement program. Employee: Full Time (100%) Regular employees can receive paid in-state maintenance fee for up to 9 credit hours per quarter or semester for college credit courses, if funds are available. Employees are eligible for this benefit immediately. Part-Time (75-99%) Part-time employees can receive paid in-state maintenance fee for up to 6 credit hours per quarter or semester for college credit courses, if funds are available. Employees are eligible for this benefit immediately. Part-Time (50-74%) Part-time employees can receive paid in-state maintenance fee for up to 4 credit hours per quarter or semester for college credit courses, if funds are available. Employees are eligible for this benefit immediately. Spouse and Dependent Children: Full Time (100%) Regular employees can receive up
to 50% of the in-state maintenance fee cost per quarter or semester for college
credit courses (UNDERGRADUATE COURSES ONLY) for their spouse and dependent
children, if funds are available. The spouse and dependents are eligible for
this benefit immediately. After one (1) year of service,
regular part-time employees can receive up to 50% of the in-state maintenance
fee cost per quarter or semester for college credit courses (UNDERGRADUATE
COURSES ONLY) for their spouse and dependent children, if funds are available.
The spouse and dependents are eligible for this benefit immediately.
