Annual Leave

Regular full-time non-exempt employees earn per year as follows:

0-5 years           1 day per month
6-10 years         1.5 days per month
11-20 years       1.75 days per month
21+ years          2 days per month

Regular full-time non-exempt employees have a maximum carry over per calendar year as follows:

0-5 years          240 hours
6-10 years        288 hours
11-20 years      312 hours
21+ years         336 hours

Regular full-time exempt employees and faculty earn 2 days a month with max carry over of 336 hrs ( 42 days) per calendar year.
