ANNUAL LIFE PLANNING SEMINAR
September 24-25, 2008

The Knoxville Office of Benefits and Retirement in conjunction with the Health Science Center Benefits Office will host the 2008 Life Planning Seminar on September 24-25, 2008 in the Student Alumni Center. This event will offer various sessions related to retirement planning. Personalized retirement statements will be provided to registered participants.

Completed registration forms should be returned directly to the Knoxville Benefits and Retirement office via mail or fax no later than September 15, 2008.

Select the registration form based on your University retirement plan. If you do not know your plan, contact the Benefits Office at 448-5601. Please note, only one completed registration form per person is required.

We are hopeful that the Life Planning Seminar will be instrumental in helping you achieve your financial goals now and in the future.
