Theses and Dissertations

Theses (for master's degrees) and dissertations (for doctoral degrees) must adhere to content guidelines established by the student's faculty advisor and committee and format guidelines established by the College of Graduate Health Sciences and the University of Tennessee. Workshops are held shortly after the beginning of each semester for students planning to graduate the following December or May (check the Current Students page for specific information). Faculty advisors and other graduate students are welcome to attend. Standard forms and the manual (Guide to the Preparation of of Electronic Theses and Dissertations) are distributed at the workshop.

Students graduating in May 2008 and thereafter are required to submit an electronic thesis/dissertation..
