Molecular, Cellular, and Systems Physiology

Jonathan H. Jaggar, Ph.D.

Molecular, cellular, and systems physiology includes functional relationships within cells, between cells and their environments to form tissues, between tissues to form organs, communications among organs to form body systems and the mechanisms involved in coordination and regulation of the multiple systems to sustain a viable organism, as well as conditions that arise from dysregulation of this finely tuned biological system.
