Welcome to the College of Graduate Health Sciences!

Founded in 1928, The College of Graduate Health Sciences (CGHS) is the third largest of the seven colleges in our dynamic Health Science Center. The CGHS offers graduate instruction leading to the Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science, and Master of Dental Science degrees in the programs of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging, Dental Science, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes and Policy Research, Integrated Program in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The principal aim of all seven of our graduate programs is to provide specialized education beyond the baccalaureate level through advanced study and research training that prepare our graduates for careers in academia, industry, and government. Combined D.D.S./Ph.D., D.N.P./Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., and Pharm.D./M.S. or Ph.D. curricula in the colleges of Dentistry, Nursing, Medicine, and Pharmacy are available for exceptionally qualified students.
