Confirmation of Attendance

In order to avoid cancellation of a schedule, all students must complete the STUDENT FEE ASSESSMENT FORM(Fee Sheet). This form must be signed, dated, and received in the Bursar’s Office on or before the published due date of each term. Transfer of financial aid, departmental or third-party funds will not be released to the account of a qualified student until the Fee Sheet is received. Confirmation is set when a student pays the full or minimum amount due on his/her account by the due date. All holds/prior balances must be cleared prior to your registering.

 EVEN IF NO PAYMENT IS DUE STUDENTS MUST SIGN A STUDENT FEE ASSESSMENT FORM TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF CLASSES.

LATE FEES CAN ONLY BE WAIVED BY THE VICE CHANCELLOR FOR
FINANCE AND OPERATIONS.

THE RE-ENROLLMENT FEE WILL NOT BE WAIVED.

 

Submission of your Fee Assessment Sheet

  • Mail the Student Information and Fee Assessment Sheet (fee sheet) to             
    The Bursar’s Office.
  • Write a check payable to University of Tennessee OR sign fee sheet 
    authorizing the University to pay any outstanding fees with your loan 
    checks.  If your loan or scholarship checks do not cover your fees, you
    must pay the difference when you register.  No Credit Cards Accepted.
  • If a portion of your fees are to be paid by someone else (Army, Emp.
    Discount, etc.) provide appropriate supporting documents.
  • Return the orange fee sheet and payment or authorization in the envelope provided.  Please keep the white copy for your records.
