Confirmation of AttendanceIn order to avoid cancellation of a schedule, all students must complete the STUDENT FEE ASSESSMENT FORM(Fee Sheet). This form must be signed, dated, and received in the Bursar’s Office on or before the published due date of each term. Transfer of financial aid, departmental or third-party funds will not be released to the account of a qualified student until the Fee Sheet is received. Confirmation is set when a student pays the full or minimum amount due on his/her account by the due date. All holds/prior balances must be cleared prior to your registering. EVEN IF NO PAYMENT IS DUE STUDENTS MUST SIGN A STUDENT FEE ASSESSMENT FORM TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF CLASSES.
