Course Objective:
This
course will touch on a number of current topics related to today's esthetic
dentistry practice. The proper use and handling of the materials used
regularly will be discussed with the goal of making each participant a
"smart consumer" and their patient's benefit from the proper use of
these materials.

Composite Materials and Bonding Systems; Bonding - Past & Present;
Glassionomer Materials; Cements for Today's Bonded Restoration; Learn
Preparation Design and Placement Techniques to Deliver Excellent Restorations;
Discussion of Bleaching as part of the Esthetic Treatment Plan; Use of the
Layering Technique to Create Esthetic and Functional Restorations.

Simon was formerly the Chair of Operative Dentistry at the University of the
