  Residency is certainly a very rigorous process that requires endurance, physical strength, mental stamina, and a conscious effort to not become mechanical in patient care.  For those in Memphis, the volume can be overwhelming at times.  With all the demands placed on Residents, it is easy for them to become spiritually drained and not grow in their relationship with God in these training years.   We encourage you to seek out the activities mentioned on this web site.
