Chancellor Search Suspended

The university administration has suspended the search for the next UTHSC chancellor. At this point, there is no timetable for resuming the search; however, we envision this to be a short-term delay.

Hershel P. Wall, MD, will continue to serve as UTHSC interim chancellor and vice president for Health Affairs. He will continue to be empowered to move our organization forward as we work to fulfill our mission to improve human health.
