Certificate Program in Health Care Policy and Leadership
for Medical Students
Application Procedures
To apply to the Certificate Program:
All first year medical students are eligible to apply to the Certificate Program. Materials to be submitted include:
A completed application form.
An interview with one or more members of the Advisory Committee.
Approval of the Dean of the College of Medicine.
The application form must be completed and submitted by March 18, 2006.
