Rental Policies:
• Current UTHSC students, Fitness Center members and the general public are
eligible to rent equipment.
• Payment in full is due at time of reservation.
• A valid photo ID must be presented to rent equipment.
• Equipment pick up is by appointment only, Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4:30 PM
• Allow time to set up and inspect equipment when renting and returning.
• There will be a minimum $10.00 fee for equipment that is returned in disarray,
dirty or damaged.
• Equipment picked up or used on Friday will be charged for the entire weekends
days.
• Equipment must be returned no later than 2 hours prior to the closing of the
OCR office on the due date (typically 3:00PM).
• Late fees will be charged on each item per day in excess of the due date and
time.
• Items not returned within 3 days of the due date will be charged daily late
fees per item plus full replacement cost.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
• Minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up date/time: No Charge
• Less than 24 hours prior to pick up date/time: Full Rental Fee
Failure to return rental equipment or pay the required fee for lost/damaged
equipment may result in one or more of the following: suspension of rental
privileges, suspension of Campus Recreation facility access, placing an academic
hold on your registration and records, submitting case to the Police
