Welcome to the Office of Enrollment Services
Welcome to Enrollment Services online. We hope to provide
more online services in the near future. The Office of Enrollment consists
of two offices in one: The Office of Admissions and The Office of the Registrar.
Each plays a key part in the operation of the university.
Admissions
The Office of Admissions has the responsibility to coordinate, recruit, and
manage the activities and materials related to the application and admission of
the seven colleges at UTHSC. This office assists students in their effort to
complete the admissions process. It is also responsible for campus tours and
transcript evaluation for incoming students.
Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is the official record-keeper
of the University. This responsibility includes, providing enrollment
certifications, registration of classes, maintaining student's academic
standing, as well as preparing official and unofficial transcripts for students; grade and
record changes are also processed through this area. Academic records are
maintained and stored in the Records area of the Office of the Registrar for
currently enrolled as well as former students. The office has the
responsibility to maintain timely and accurate records of the academic progress
and accomplishments of its students, while maintaining the privacy and security
of those records.
