How to Use Amion/OnCall Scheduling Program



Go to the Amion website. Enter password XXXXXXXX in the pink box.

Click on the "" icon ("my schedule") at the top of the page in the toolbar.

This will bring you to the "Personal Schedule" page. Go to the drop box with your class, and select your name from the list.

From here you can either view the schedule or submit requests.

To view schedule:

Click on "Create Schedule." The current month's schedule should pop up. Your call shifts are marked in red with the "" icon. To view different months, click on the "" icons. To view the master schedule for the month with everyone's calls, click on the "" icon at the top of the page. To make it easier to view, click on the "" icon.

To submit requests:

Click on the green "" at the top if you are in the schedule area or click the "Submit Requests" button from the Personal Schedule page. The first time you try to submit a request, you will have to e-mail yourself a login link by clicking on the hyperlink. After that, log out of Amion and open your email account. Click on the link in your email, which will bring you to the "Submit Request" page. At the bottom of this page, there is a place to choose a password to bypass the above step in the future.

  • To make a vacation request, choose the date of the Saturday you would like your vacation to start. Choose "9 days" from the dropbox next to it, and write "vacation" and any other comments in the text box next to it.
  • To select day(s) you would like to not be on call, choose the date and length as above. Please write in the text box "no call" so that we do not think this is vacation. Please also write in the reason for your request.
Click "Submit" when you are done. On your monthly schedule, your requests should be marked with "." Please note that future vacations are automatically designated the first week of the month until we change them in the system. Please call us for any questions or problems.
