Interview Information

Our interview day is designed to provide you with as much information about our program as possible while giving us an opportunity to get to know you.

Interview Day:

• morning report
• program presentation and tour of MUH facilities
• faculty interview
• lunch with the housestaff and tour of VAMC facilities
• interview with the Program Director
• tour of the MED facilities

Evening Activity:

We will have an informal dinner the evening before your interview. Dinner will held at the home of one of our housestaff. This is a great opportunity to meet a few of our residents and learn more about our training program.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations will be provided for out-of-town applicants the evening before the interview.

• We will provide hotel accommodations for one night (room plus tax).
• You will be responsible for any incidental expenses at checkout.
• Your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you a few weeks before your interview day.
• Your interview packet will be at the hotel's front desk when you check in.
• If an emergency arises, we must be notified a minimum of 36 hours in advance to cancel your hotel reservation. If this is not possible, you should contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation (901-528-1800) and notify our office.
