Course Instructional Goal: The instructional goal of this course is to prepare graduate health science students to be effective college instructors.

General Course Objective: The overall objective of this course is to provide learners with (1) skills and knowledge concerning specific techniques, procedures, and methods for designing, delivering, and assessing instruction; and (2) practice and experience in making effective classroom presentations. All students will be required to demonstrate their proficiency in classroom presentation by participating in a teaching practicum.
